Bòrd na Gàidhlig at the 2009 Homecoming Gathering

In July 2009, Bòrd na Gàidhlig presented a series of graphic panels at ‘The Gathering’ event, held at Holyrood Park, Edinburgh. The concept for the panels highlighted the importance of Gaelic language and culture. These panels were inspired by songs, poetry, personal accounts and powerful imagery and set to the themes of; Sea, Land, New Lands, Tourism, Conflict, Education, Travel, Community and Arts.
