Hello!

I'm 49 and very excited about learning Gaelic. I'm Canadian, but my roots are Scottish, Irish, English and German--a real smorgasbord! I'm an English language teacher in Canada and also know some French. Writing and music are my passions, and I'm especially interested in learning more about Gaelic singing. I know how to do Cape Breton stepdancing, and I've sung a few songs from that area of Canada. I hope to meet many interesting people on this site!
