My family is from Ireland. My Grandmother spoke Gaelic(Irish) and I am now learning it. Both Irish and Scottish. It is a really great language and I really like it and I am enjoying it. I am learning slowly. I hope by the end of this year I will be fluent and able to read and write Gaelic. :) Tha mi às na Stàitean Aonaichte. Agus tha mi ag ionnsachadh Gàidhlig.
